Visual and/or Brass Instructor

My name is Matthew Risell and I am seeking a position as an visual and/or brass instructor for a band in the Reading/Berks County, PA area.
I hold a degree in music education from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Since graduation I have held a number of long term substitute teacher positions, but have not yet found my full-time home. In addition, I taught the Daniel Boone marching band as brass and visual instructor and indoor colorguard as a flag and movement tech from 2005-2008. I have also served on the visual staff for Fusion Drum and Bugle "Core" since 2008. I am currently the visual caption head, and I designed the marching instruction program for the corps.
