My name is Richard Boandl and I reside in Whitehall, Pennsylvania. I am currently drill designer for the 8-time USSBA Northern Open Champion (groups 3 and 4) and 3-time National Open Champion (group 4) Nazareth Area High School Marching Band and the 2-time Cavalcade of Bands American Class Champion Greencastle- Antrim High School Marching Band.
